I’m Katie!

As a busy working mom, my career began by combining two of my lifelong passions - graphic design and photography. Starting with the birth of my daughter in 2009, I began to document the moments that made up her young life. 

Cultivating my passion for photography, which started as a part time hobby, has since evolved into a full fledged career leading me to establish my own business in 2013. I now consult on everything from graphic design, logos and branding, magazine layouts, websites and of course photography for weddings and private clients. 

I’m so grateful to be able to do what I love, from photographing so many special moments to working on some really great design projects. Living my dream job everyday starts with putting my heart and soul into my business - from the initial contact, to learning more about the clients journey, to building and the editing of each photography session - I just love the entire process. 

I think this love of photography and design also stems from the love of family, marrying my high school sweetheart and starting a family which now consists of two sweet kiddos and an adorable pup. Celebrating a life that we love, from the food, to the coffee, to the scenery, there’s no better place to live than Portland, OR.
